Elliott Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial services. As a Premier Armstrong Dealer, all products are American made. Elliott Heating and Cooling was awarded as the fastest growing business in Central Ohio by Armstrong.
We are also Central Ohio's lead installer for Mitsubishi ductless systems.
Elliott Heating and Cooling is an Ohio Licensed contractor and has been in business for ten years.
MEET THE TEAM
SETH ELLIOTT,
Founder
Seth Elliott started Elliott Heating & Cooling in 2014. Growing up in Licking County, he wanted to start a business where he could serve those in his community. Seth's late dad, Steve Elliott, had Seth working with his hands from a very young age; where he developed his skillset and was able to see all fields of work. HVAC is something Seth has been doing for the past seventeen years. He took his hands-on knowledge and developed a company and team to serve the community's heating and cooling needs.
One of Seth's favorite parts of his day is personally speaking to the people he serves. His goal is to offer a company dynamic where people can express their needs of service and in return can be assured that they will receive the quality of work that they deserve.
CAITLIN WILSON,
Director of Operations
Caitlin Wilson has been with Elliott since the fall of 2021. Caitlin graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in 2019 with a degree in Communications Analysis & Practice with a minor in Fashion & Retails Studies. Caitlin coordinates all job operations and is the main point of contact for all clientele. She is responsible for all marketing, networking and company operations.
Caitlin is the Vice President of the Central Ohio Referral Network, is a member of the Rotary Club of Newark, the LC Chamber of Commerce and of the Young Leaders of Licking County.
SHEA ELLIOTT,
Supervisor Technician
Shea Elliott, brother to Seth, is Elliott Heating & Cooling's Lead Technician. Shea has been working in HVAC for 10+ years and has been a part of the company for 9+ years. If you schedule a time for service work on your home, you can expect to have Shea there to ensure your equipment is running efficiently! Shea prides himself on fixing things first, before replacing them.
BRENDAN JOHNSON,
Technician
Bren Johnson has been working for Elliott Heating & Cooling officially for 1 year. He trained at Elliott Heating & Cooling over his summer breaks while attending The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He has an undergraduate degree in Communications with a focus on Communication Technology. He is always interested in learning more in depth about HVAC technology and has a keen attention to detail on job sites.
CODY DECKARD,
Technician
Cody has been working at Elliott Heating & Cooling for 2 years. His work ethic is second to none. He has a strong willingness to learn and he dedicates his all to his workmanship. His determination to overcome any obstacle presented to him is inspiring. He also brings comedic relief to any situation due to his wittiness.
