Be prepared for the first cold snap!
1. Change your furnace filters
2. If you have a battery powered thermostat, make sure you have new batteries installed
3. Make sure your humidifiers are set to the "on" position and the damper is set to "winter mode"
4. If you have a heat pump, make sure your outside unit is clean and free of debris
FURNACE TUNE UPS
Make sure your furnace has the preventative care that it needs prior to the winter season! There are an ample amount of details that we review when checking your furnace for a tune up!
Some of these include:
1. Check that everything is running optimally and the most efficiently possible
2. Test gas pressure, scope heater exchange & check the blower motor
3. Clean out drains and all other components
